The final two pieces are added in, with a little
love from Mrs. Hammer and Mr. Scrapwood.
I rounded off the corner with the fattest round-curve
bit my sad little router could handle. Small tip -
Don't bother cutting the board to length, as they'll
shift a little during joining. Cut them a little long,
join them, and then cut the end with a straight edge guide
and a circular saw with a fine blade.
The edges are complete
[orbital sander] + [increasing grits of sandpaper] + [time] = [flat, smooth surface]
